We can do it all - find the host employers, administer the process, contact and co-ordinate the students, conduct assessments, including clinical supervision, and document to meet regulatory requirements. We take all the hassle out of the process - we offer a simple, streamlined, straightforward and cost effective service.

Work Placement Services is a registered business division of RTO Advance that provides a specialist work placement, work experience, internship service for educational enterprises. We can arrange host employers, administer the process, contact and co-ordinate the students, conduct assessments, including clinical supervision and complete all documentation to meet regulatory requirements. We take all the hassle out of the process and we offer a simple, streamlined, straightforward and cost effective service.

Work placement and internships provide "real world" experience and exposure to situations that enable the student to put their classroom learning to practical use. It gives students the opportunity to apply their learning and then reflect on the knowledge and skills gained, which strengthens their learning outcomes. The practical nature of the work placements gives students the confidence they need to begin working in the field at the completion of their qualification.

We take the hard work out of managing the student placement experience. We will undertake the:-

  • Identify and contact a range of appropriate host employers
  • Document an agreement with the host employer and client
  • Conduct and document a risk assessment of the work situation.
  • Conduct assessments and complete documentation
